WHAT I'M WEARING Cardigan:c/o chicwish//top:H&M//Jeans:JBrand//Boots:(old)ON SALE!! Less than $150 VERY similar here //sunglasses:similar here//Bag:(vintage) bought on the vestiare collective (similar here) Valentine's day is around the corner and I always love to get into the festive mood for any holiday which means lots of pinks and reds, this time of the year. I wanted to show you an everyday outfit where you can incorporate a little color with neutral pieces. That pop of pink will be great for a casual Valentine's day or even take you into Spring. Besides the color, the cardigan I'm wearing is my absolute favorite at the moment. I love adding a third piece to my outfit to finish off a look and this cardigan gives something extra with the pom-poms. I also have it in beige but it comes in several colors and I'm telling myself I don't need another one. I highly recommend it, not just because its cute but just as cozy. My mom tried mine on and loved it as well. On another note, I wanted to mention my jeans because they are the best white denim I've ever owned. I love wearing white throughout the year but finding a good pair of white jeans that wouldn't be sheer is difficult. These jeans are a bit more than I would normally pay for jeans but I realize sometimes you need to invest on things you'll wear often. As I mentioned above, white jeans can usually mean- sheer jeans but these are nice and opaque. I hope you have a fantastic weekend, thanks for stopping by Joan |

Happy Fall Everyone,
It really is the best time of the year for me, everything is more exciting even just talking a walk through the park and seeing the leaves start to 'Fall'.
I wanted to show how you can take your favorite summer dress and wearing for Fall before the temperature really starts to drop.
The key to switch up your summer dress is by accessories, so start with the dress and work from there. Depending on the color of your dress you can easily match some earth tones to make it fall appropriate. For my accessories I picked a leather jacket which is a must during Fall. Some heeled booties which is always a must to dress up your look, a leopard clutch and really any splash of leopard works during the season and of course a pop of dark vampy lips to tie the look together.
This look is great during that transitional period between summer and fall, when the weather isn't yet too cold. So don't let your summer dresses stay in your closet until next year and pull those out.
P.S I am just too excited to see what this city looks like during Autumn, I can tell some of the leaves are already falling, it gets me so bitty. I will miss Utah during this time because driving through the mountains and seeing the Fall foliage is absolutely beautiful.
Thanks for stopping by,
Joan
