Summer just flew by and doesn't that always seem to be the case when you're having fun. I remember when I was in high school I actually couldn't wait until summer was over so I could see my friends and participate in all the school events.
My favorite time of the year was always the start and end of the school year haha but its because that's when all the fun stuff happens. During the first month of school you have Homecoming which is for alumni but you get to have your homecoming football game which is always fun and then your homecoming dance.
I always thought shopping for homecoming dresses was hard because I didn't want to spend so much money on a dress I was probably only going to wear once but I wanted to look great of course. Sometimes I think to myself why I didn't know about the stores I do now back in high school.

Remember how I just mentioned I'm a sucker for lace, well I definitely am if you didn't believe me. I think the lace keeps the dress youthful still along with the shape. The black color makes it perfect for an elegant nighttime event.
Dress #3: Halter Satin Dress
This dress screams fun to me which is really what homecoming is about. My favorite feature about the dress is the halter neckline. Halter necklines can be very flattering and is very much on trend right now. The beading is beautiful and not over the top, if I were in high school now I think I would wear this one.
