I wouldn't classify polka dots as a "trend" because I'm pretty sure Jackie O wore polka dots all over the 1960s and well, anything she wore would deem it classic. So, polka dots never really left, they were always lurking around waiting for its big break like an extra on a T.V. show. Now, brands like Ganni have paired the classic pattern with a timeless fabric and fresh silhouettes, giving the pattern a face lift. You'll see polka dots throughout the high street and high end.
