| SUNGLASSES: RAEN JUMPSUIT:FOREVER 21 SANDALS: FOREVER 21 HAT: LACK OF COLORS NET BAG: URBAN OUTFITTERS PURFUME:CHLOE I have to be completely honest and say I use to hate wearing linen. I never thought it was comfortable, it always wrinkled, I thought it was heavy and itchy. The list could probably go on and on. But now, as I find myself learning more about fabrics and textures I can't get enough. Linen is known to be the fabric of Summer and I never really understand why. Turns out Linen is actually a cool fabric, not in style but to the touch and is very absorbent. I found the jumpsuit I am wearing and thought it was the perfect piece to lounge around in. I live in an external summer so I can wear it all year long and it feels so great on. So light and airy. Has there ever been a fabric you weren't very keen on and the changed your mind after trying it out? |

Hey Friends!
I love this outfit and photos my husband took for me, I wanted to try something a little different with my blog pictures and I really wanted to work with the trees my in-laws have in their backyard which include a lime tree which is pretty neat, I find myself being inspired by my surroundings more and more.
I love this dress because it isn't too long or short, I'm sure on someone who is taller it would be more of a midi dress but for me it styles as a maxi. I like that the dress has a cap sleeve instead of long sleeves or spaghetti strap. Although the color I would say is more for Fall because of the actual dress it works perfect for summer. I bought it at Target from the new Who, what, Wear line there (it also comes in black) I decided to pair it with a thick belt to add shape and gladiator sandals to bring in more of a summer look as for the lip just add a nude lip for a summer vibe but I wanted my lip color to match the dress.
Thank you for stopping by!
Joan xx
